Every February, the National Basketball Association (NBA) holds an exhibition game to showcase twenty-four of the league’s star players and call it the NBA All-Star team. This is decided through fan voting. At the end of every voting season, the two with the highest votes will become the team captains, earning the right to choose their teammates from the pool of players voted as starters and reserves in each conference—making their selections regardless of conference affiliation.

This year’s search has already started on Christmas day at 11 am and will run through Saturday night, January 22 at midnight, giving fans ample time to support their favorite players.

Who will come out on top? That’s for you to decide! Below are the ways you can vote for the 2022 NBA All-Star Game:

On the NBA app

Access the ballot and vote through the NBA App, which is available on Android and iOS. Fans can fill out one full ballot per day (per day is defined as once every 24 hours) by selecting up to two guards and three frontcourt players from each conference when choosing starters.

On nba.com

Fill out one full ballot per day on vote.NBA.com from a desktop or mobile browser. Fans can select up to two guards and three frontcourt players from each conference when choosing starters.

On Twitter

Tweet, retweet, or reply with a hashtag of an NBA player’s first and last name or Twitter handle, along with the hashtag #NBAAllStar. Each tweet may include only one player’s name or handle. Fans may vote for up to 10 unique players per day from Dec. 25 – Jan. 22.
